COURT DOCKET FOR: May 16, 2012
A telephone call is not sufficient for appearance.

In addition, if your case is eligible for dismissal and you fail to appear, you may lose the option of having your case dismissed.
If you resolve your case prior to your court date, you are not required to appear. A telephone call is NOT sufficient for appearance. Only the judge can excuse your absence.
