            During the early years of the administration of Dr. A.I. Thomas, preparations were begun to incorporate the area adjacent to the college into The City of Prairie View, Texas. A University Committee, chaired by Dr. C.L. Wilson, was tasked by President Thomas to move the incorporation process forward.

            viagra does there was held in the unincorporated City of Prairie View, Texas, on April 12, 1969, an election at which was submitted to those persons who had attained the age of 21 years, who had resided within the limits of the proposed incorporated City of Prairie View, Texas, for the six months next preceding said election, and who were qualified electors under the laws of the State of Texas , the question of whether or not the area within the boundaries herewith set forth should be incorporated in accordance with the provision of Title 28, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, 1925, as amended, relating to cities and towns; and

4. That this order shall be entered upon the records of the Commissioners’ Court of Waller County, Texas, and a certified copy of such order, together with the plat of the City attached hereto as Exhibit “A” shall be recorded in the proper record of deeds of Waller County, Texas.
