NOTICE TO INTERESTED PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES:

The City of Prairie View, Texas (the “City”) invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified firms interested in providing construction services in connection with the construction of the Villa Capri Subdivision Wastewater Pump Station.

Sealed responses addressed to the City of Prairie View must be received BEFORE FRIDAY, August 19, 2022, 3:00 PM, CDT, at City Hall, 44500 Business Highway 290 Prairie View, TX 77446. All Responses must be in the CoPV’s possession and stamped received on or before the scheduled date and time (no late responses will be considered). Responses submitted to the City of Prairie View must be received before the due date and time. The City of Prairie View is not open for weekend or holiday deliveries.

The response documents can be obtained either by contacting City Hall, 44500 Business Highway 290, Prairie View, TX 77446 or by calling the City Secretary Office at (936) 857-3711 or Trilogy Engineering Services, 650 N. Sam Houston Parkway E, Suite 300, Houston, TX, 77060.

The CoPV reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the CoPV, and may hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action. Respondents are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
City of Prairie View

The City of Prairie View plans to apply for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program and the Rural Economic Development Program – Downtown Revitalization Program from the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) and is soliciting proposals to provide engineering/architectural/surveying services for the 2021/2022 Community Development Fund contract and the 2021 Downtown Revitalization Program, if awarded. A separate proposal and statement of qualifications will be required for each of the two programs. Please submit three copies of your proposal(s) and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the address below: Attn: Dr. Simeon Queen, City of Prairie View, PO Box 817, Prairie View, TX 77446.
